Well Basicly its
its used in may cocktails like the Mojito, and the daiquiri and heaps of others and its simply two parts sugar to 1 part boiling water.
In a measuring Jug pour your boiling water over your sugar in this case I'm using one cup of sugar
to 1/2 a cup of boiling water continue staring until dissolved.
So simply keep stirring until all the sugar has dissolved and clear
then in another bottle pour it in and there you have your simple syrup or sugar syrup This should probably last up to about 1 month to 2 months in the fridge and you use it in all your cocktails, where ever you see fit, simple and easy.
